2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon salt (I use sea salt)
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Combine all ingredients and store in a air tight container
